TITLE OF GOODS

Title of Goods remains the Property of BPD International Pty Ltd until full payment in received and funds cleared.

CREDIT TERMS

All Accounts are strictly nett 30 days from End Of Month.  Stop Supply automatically activates when account exceeds trading terms.   

WARRANTY

All fasteners are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Normal care must be utilized in handling and storage of fasteners.  BPD International Pty Ltd does not guarantee nor warrant galvanized products against corrosion. 

All Nail guns carry a 12-month warranty with the exception of the following parts: Driver Blades, Bumpers & O-Ring Kits.  Parts found to be defective in workmanship or materials within the specified warranty period will be replaced free of charge upon approval.  Warranty becomes void if tool is misused, deliberately damaged or fasteners not approved by BPD International are used.

CLAIMS

Claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted unless prior arrangement has been made.

Returns will only be accepted if a Return Authority Number is quoted. 

BPD International is not responsible for any freight costs incurred as a result of goods being returned.

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to all returned goods.

Special ‘buy ins’ are non-returnable. 

DELIVERY

A minimum order value of $200 applies to all orders.

BPD International is not liable for any losses or damages arising from their inability to ship or deliver goods ordered for any cause whatsoever. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BPD International Pty Ltd:

(a)     will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising in any way out of any defective goods, or any negligent act or omission of BPD International Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, contractors, or agents, including but not limited to loss of profits and damage sustained or incurred as a result of a claim by a third party; and

(b)    excludes all conditions and warranties implied by statute, general law or custom except any implied condition or warranty, the exclusion of which could contravene any statute or cause any part of this clause to be void.
